據(jù)離岸工程9月16日?qǐng)?bào)道，日前，阿曼政府與殼牌及其合作伙伴簽署了11號(hào)區(qū)塊的勘探和產(chǎn)量分成協(xié)議（EPSA）。

該協(xié)議旨在勘探、評(píng)估和開(kāi)發(fā)11號(hào)區(qū)塊的天然氣資源和凝析油。

殼牌的合作伙伴包括阿曼綜合能源公司OQ和法國(guó)能源巨頭道達(dá)爾能源。

根據(jù)該協(xié)議，殼牌阿曼綜合天然氣公司將以67.5%的股份運(yùn)營(yíng)11號(hào)區(qū)塊。

道達(dá)爾能源將擁有該區(qū)塊22.5%的股份，而OQ將持有該區(qū)塊10%的股份。

殼牌高級(jí)副總裁兼阿曼地區(qū)總裁瓦利德·哈迪（Walid Hadi）表示，11號(hào)區(qū)塊位于阿曼西。

勘探活動(dòng)將包括在2022年底進(jìn)行1400平方公里的地震勘探，隨后將鉆探更多的勘探井。

據(jù)報(bào)道援引阿曼能源和礦產(chǎn)部長(zhǎng)Salim bin Nasser Al Aufi的話稱，MEM一直專注于通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)幾家公司進(jìn)行的勘探和評(píng)估活動(dòng)來(lái)增加阿曼的天然氣儲(chǔ)量。該協(xié)議加強(qiáng)了與殼牌、道達(dá)爾能源、OQ等合作伙伴的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系，以確保阿曼的能源安全，吸引更多的外國(guó)投資，為當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)鏈增加最高價(jià)值。

去年12月，殼牌阿曼綜合天然氣公司、OQ和Marsa液化天然氣公司與阿曼能源和礦產(chǎn)部簽署了一項(xiàng)承租協(xié)議，將從阿曼Saih Rawl氣田10號(hào)區(qū)塊開(kāi)發(fā)和生產(chǎn)天然氣。

Oman signs exploration deal with Shell for Block 11

The Government of Oman has signed an exploration and production sharing agreement (EPSA) with Shell and its partners for Block 11.

The deal is for the exploration, evaluation, and development of natural gas resources and condensate in Block 11.

Shell’s partners include Omani integrated energy company OQ, and French energy giant TotalEnergies.

Under the deal, Shell Integrated Gas Oman will operate Block 11 with a 67.5% stake.

TotalEnergies will own a 22.5% stake while OQ will hold the reaming 10% stake in the block.

Shell senior vice-president and Oman Country chair Walid Hadi stated that Block 11 is on the western side of Oman.

The exploration activities will involve the seismic survey of 1,400km2 in late 2022 and will be followed by more exploration wells.

Oman Energy and Minerals minister Salim bin Nasser Al Aufi was quoted as saying: “There is a continuous focus in MEM on enhancing the natural gas reserves of the Sultanate of Oman through exploration and appraisal activities undertaken by several companies in the country.

“This agreement strengthens the strategic relations with partners in the sector such as Shell, TotalEnergies, OQ, and others to ensure Oman’s energy security and attract more foreign investment, adding the highest value to the local supply chain.”

In December last year, Shell Integrated Gas Oman, OQ, and Marsa Liquefied Natural Gas signed a concession agreement with Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals for the development and production of natural gas from Block 10 of the Saih Rawl gas field in Oman.
