據(jù)TheEnergyYear網(wǎng)站2022年2月28日羅安達(dá)報(bào)道，意大利著名跨國(guó)能源公司埃尼公司2月28日宣布，埃尼公司已正式投產(chǎn)位于安哥拉海上15/06區(qū)塊西部地區(qū)的恩敦古早期生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目。  

恩敦古早期生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目包括恩戈馬浮式產(chǎn)油、儲(chǔ)油和卸油船（Ngoma FPSO），預(yù)計(jì)石油日產(chǎn)量約為2萬(wàn)桶。  

這艘FPSO船是在去年升級(jí)后的零伴生氣放空燃燒的FPSO船，旨在最小化碳排放。  

這是埃尼公司自去年7月以來(lái)在15/06區(qū)塊實(shí)現(xiàn)的第3個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目，前2個(gè)早期開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目分別是庫(kù)卡早期生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目和卡巴卡北部開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目。

埃尼公司持有15/06區(qū)塊36.84%的股份，其 合作伙伴包括安哥拉國(guó)家石油公司（Sonangol）和SSI Fifteen公司，前者擁有36.84%的股份，后者擁有26.32%的股份。

Eni starts up Angolan offshore development

Eni has begun production on its Ndungu Early Production project on the western area of offshore Block 15/06 in Angola, the Italian energy multinational announced on Friday.

Production involves the Ngoma FPSO, with expected production of around 20,000 bopd.

The production vessel is a zero-flaring FPSO upgraded in 2021 to minimise emissions.

The development is the third achieved by Eni on Block 15/06 since July 2021, including the Cuica Early Production and Cabaca North Development projects.

The block is operated by Eni with a 36.84% share. Partners include Angolan NOC Sonangol with a 36.84% share and SSI Fifteen with the remaining 26.32% share
