據(jù)烴加工新聞1月7日消息稱，黑石集團(tuán)周五表示，將向北美最大的私營可再生能源公司Invenergy可再生能源控股有限公司投資約30億美元。

隨著投資者越來越多地質(zhì)疑企業(yè)對環(huán)境和員工的影響，這家全球最大的私人股本和房地產(chǎn)等另類資產(chǎn)管理公司一直在尋求提高其在可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面的資歷。

黑石集團(tuán)在一份聲明中表示，其投資將為Invenergy公司加速可再生能源開發(fā)活動提供資金。

加拿大養(yǎng)老基金Caisse de dép?t et placement du Québec和Invenergy管理層仍然是公司的多數(shù)股東，而Invenergy將繼續(xù)擔(dān)任管理成員。

Blackstone to invest $3 B in Invenergy Renewables

Blackstone Inc said on Friday it would invest about $3 B in Invenergy Renewables Holdings Llc, the largest private renewable energy company in North America.

The world's largest manager of alternative assets such as private equity and real estate has been seeking to bolster its sustainability credentials as investors increasingly question companies on their impact on the environment and workers.

Blackstone's investment will provide capital to accelerate Invenergy's renewables development activities, the company said in a statement.

Canadian pension fund Caisse de dép?t et placement du Québec and Invenergy management remain majority owners of the company, while Invenergy will continue as managing member.

Blackstone said the investment was made through funds managed by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners.
